Everyone at Movement Mortgage walked us through every step of the process with patience and understanding and excellent communication skills. There are many such companies from which to choose and few people get emotionally involved in which bank is the one with which to enter into a 30 year financial relationship. Nevertheless, we are grateful that every communication, every email, every phone conversation was dispatched with an appreciation that while they do this every day, we have done it once in our lifetime. It was always reassuring to be coached through the process with kindness and patience.
