We recently decided to move back to Maine from CA. Buying a house long distance would not have been possible without someone like Jason as our realtor. From the start, we really trusted Jasona opinion. He was always honest and gave us the full pros and cons of each property. Hes extremely knowledgeable and experienced and went above and beyond, often taking our calls after hours to make sure our questions were answered. I cant say enough good things about Jason. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a property in the Portland area.

We recently completed the sale of our existing (very unique) home in Raymond and the purchase of a new (very old) home in Standish and I can't begin to tell you how fortunate we feel to have had Jason working on our behalf throughout the entire process. Every step of the way Jason was available and on top of even the smallest details, which there were a LOT. From marketing our old house (phenomenal photos & video!) to making sure nothing was overlooked leading up to both closings. We had some pretty complicated negotiating and moving parts to deal with on both the sell and the buy side, and somehow we were able to get both closings done in under 6 weeks. There's no doubt that Jason made all the difference. On top of that we feel super blessed to work with a true gem of a guy who we simply enjoyed being around. His kind, calm, and reassuring presence really helped us weather the emotional rollercoaster that the whole process started to feel like at times. If you're looking for a realtor with serious experience & wisdom, superb communication and negotiating skills, and a solid team to get things done fast when necessary I couldn't possibly recommend that you hire Jason more.
