        The first time we bought a car with car max and we had a bad experience. We paid $250 for shipping the car and need to wait for a week for shipping. And after that they said the car was not ready and we waited for one more week. Nobody or even though the car seller contacted to let us know what happened and when the car would be ready. We needed to call them and all of our questions we received the answers just they don't know.
