        We own a duplex with on demand heat and hot water. We have been lucky enough to have Justin servicing them on almost a constant basis. He has done our yearly cleaning and troubleshooting when things are running perfect. Justin is knowledgeable, is thorough, precise, and communicates extremely well! We are blessed to have him service our equipment! Justin makes Eastern Propane shine amount their competitors!!

        My Vitodens boiler that heats my water heater had a bad pump so there was no hot water. I called about 11 pm for service. The tech was willing to come out then but I suggested he could come in the morning, which he did. The pump needed replacement, had to wait till they got the pump the next day. Great service.
