        I could not ask for a better chiropractic experience! After suffering with persistent low back pain for many months and finding limited relief in the different treatment options I had tried. I contacted Coastal Mountain Chiropractic. The office staff are wonderful people who make you feel welcome and comfortable right from the get go. Dr Thomas is fantastic. He is personable and it is evident that he really knows his medicine. I started feeling better after that very first visit! Dont suffer another minute!         I have always been a little skeptical of chiropractors. I was hurting so bad I finally decided to try Dr. Thomas. I felt such relief after just the first visit. I told him I felt like skipping down the street. I have continued to feel better and better. I will continue to go weekly for awhile. I look back and wish I hadn't waited so long. He also has the best music. Staff is wonderful too. Ten stars!!

        Dr Thomas and his staff at Coastal Mountain Chiropractic in Thomaston are, kind, helpful and effective in all that they do. I had been to two other chiropractors previously and had sworn it off after bad experiences. After the urging from my husband I decided to give Dr Thomas a try. He not only helped me with the immediate pain but also dug deeper and found the cause of the pain and worked on that also. The difference in my posture and pain levels are remarkable. Dr Thomas has a way of making everyone feel relaxed and comfortable. He has different forms of treatment and will work with you to find the perfect solution for you. I highly recommend this team of professionals, and am thankful that they are part of our community!
