When the hygienist calls out on 5 minutes notice and the patient is already in the parking lot for a 7 am appointment with an office that charges $2.00 a minute for the dentist ( miss a 60 minute appointment you are charged $120) and $1.00 a minute for the hygienist ( miss a 60 minute appointment you are charge $60) if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice; the dentist should show up and perform the cleaning herself.
The office made no attempt to contact me as soon as the hygienist canceled. I found out 2 minutes before my scheduled appointment from another hygienist while I was waiting in an empty park lot. The other hygienist informed me my appointment was canceled and I needed to call the office when it opened at 8 am and sort out the schedule with them.
The hygienist at the first appointment is wonderful; the practice itself is poorly managed. The office made ZERO attempt to phone or email me an apology.

Been a patient of New Leaf, when it was DR. Findlin's practice back in the early 90s. Lisa still being with the new practices over the years is what originally kept me there.
I wish I could remember which hygienist took care of me during a recent 7am appointment, but I wanted to say she was wonderful. She was gentle and explained things to me so I understood better and I felt I could trust being in her hands, as well as take her advice.

I love the dentist here but her accounts payable is HORRIBLE!! They do NOT tell you when you have no benefits left and Cammie is very rude and lies to you as I was given one price a month to pay off my balance then she changed it and now she has sent me a bill for the whole amount left that I owe!! She is not a good person and not sure how she sleeps at night!! I wish Dr. Haidu knew how horrible she is at customer service!!!!!!!

The dental assistants, dentist, and scheduler (Hope) are fantastic at this practice. However, the person who handles billing is the reason our family is leaving this practice. Over a year and half after we were quoted an amount for dental work, had it done, and paid in full for the amount that our insurance didn't cover ($3,500), Ms. Reny called my husband and was incredibly rude to him on the phone and then sent us a bill for and additional $1500! Not to mention that she violated HIPAA by sending us someone else's patient records when he requested the individual billing statements. When we called our insurance company, they told us 1) that her amount is very incorrect, and 2) that she recently contacted them about replacing a check they sent her over a year ago because she lost it. There is a very strong chance that she has messed up the amount owed, but she refuses to work with us to straighten this out, even after we sent a detailed letter to the practice. Too bad, we will miss the great care we get here!
