It was such a pleasure working with Patti. She listened to what we were looking for and found us the perfect cottage overlooking Penobscot Bay. The process went very smooth and we had to do most of the work via e-mail and phone as we were not in the state of Maine at the time. When we were here Patti was very accommodating and flexible. We have bought and sold several homes and we will definitely use Patti for any more purchases or sales we have in Mid-Coast Maine. We would highly recommend Patti as a realtor.

I can't say enough good things about the time spent working with Patty while selling my house in Bar Harbor, Maine.
Patty went above and beyond what you would expect from a realtor. From her early morning visits for inspections to helping out on moving day. She did it all and I can't thank her enough!
