My auto account was assigned to another broker which I was unaware of. I received a letter in the mail that my insurance coverage had been terminated??!!! I called Mitchell Agency to discover that my account had been assigned to another Agent -which is fine but where did my payments disappear to??? I do not remember this gentleman's name but he laughed hysterically when I called concerned that I was not insured!! Total professionalism exhibited....NOT even close. I contacted a friend of mine who is an Insurance Agent and asked for advice. I contacted Mitchell Agency to inquire about my payments, good thing I kept my online receipts and what do you do know, my payments were found! I requested a new Agent and got away from the unprofessional laughing hyena!
