Rent went from 750.00 to 1050.00. The letter they sent said the increase was to provide safe housing. Here is an image of my bathroom, yes my weight was only supported by the plastic of the shower. Wicked safe.

I havent had an issue with them. I am a current tenant and every time I call for something to be maintenance they come right out and do it. The office lady is a very nice women who always bends over backwards to help me.

I wanted to get my old apartment back but when they listed it. They listed it as a 2 bedroom for $850 nothing included y didn't they just tell me they were listing it as a 2 bedroom .LoL

I gave them one star but they don't even deserve that. I lived at one of their properties for 10 years. All of that 10 years I had to deal with leaks, fighting in the building, drug dealing out of their building ( which I told them about) and a bunch of other stuff. I just moved out last month and they are charging me with just about anything. Like key replacement, old rugs( again I lived there for 10 years and asked them for 4 and a half years to have them replaced). They are the worst to rent from. DON'T RENT FROM THEM. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS GETTING THEIR MONEY.

Brown House Properties is very good with maintaining any issues that I've had since I began renting from them. The office an maintenance staff are very nice and tackle any issues I've had in a timely and efficient manner. The office staff are very friendly and willing to listen to any questions, concerns, or issues.
