The shared winter greens started a very good experience for a salmon prepared perfectly, which has been a rare thing( usually salmon is overcooked) served with sides of rice and vegetables worth talking about.

One of the better places in Waterville to eat, great atmosphere and food. Not a fan of the local Riesling they have to offer. I'm usually a big fan of buying local but it did not hit the mark for Riesling for me. Other than the Riesling everything was perfect. The way they serve a Cesar salad is awesome and the best one I have ever had. The steak and brussel sprouts were cooked to perfection. The appearance and placement of the food was like art, our waitress was so good to us and our date night was amazing! I highly recommend this restaurant, I believe you will find it delightful. Let them know Derek says hi and I will definitely be back.

With all the reviews we honestly expected much better service...my husband and I both got burgers ($19 if you order as is and $22 if you add bacon and avocado) both came out cold with a cold side of fries as well. My husband said the avocados on his burger were brown. The food tastes fine but we were never able to communicate with our server Annie as after the food was passed out to the party she never came back to check on our food until it was gone. I also have a two month old who exclusively breastfeeds and in the private room there were blinds that had a remote to control them but there were windows that could look into our room if the blinds were up.... I had a nursing cover with me as well and we were having a hard time figuring out how to use the blinds (no one told us how to use them) and she comes in trying to figure it out and says they were broken.... ultimately after many tries she got it to work but it would have made me feel quite uncomfortable to feed my child and have strangers looking! The party room we had was very nice, but sadly I expected better!
