Magnum Truck Racks

Ordered a low pro rack through a local dealer and it came next day through them. Picked it up and the fitment isn't 100% in between the rails so the stake pocket bolts didn't quiet line up correctly. Did best I could to install it but spun the passenger side loose and it would no longer hold. No big deal I thought, I'll just contact them for another one. Boy was i wrong. They said I'd need to contact who I bought it through and then they would have contact them, I'd also hace to send a video to them showing the 20 dollar part broke, I even had the receipt and order number ready during the call. Under their warranty claims all is needed for defective parts is the receipt from original owner. Like several in the reviews, I wish I had listened about customer service being so lacking. It's very sad but I have to drill into my truck now to fix this. Very disappointing for nearly 1,000 dollars. Several of my friends want a headache rack after seeing mine, but I will not recommend Magnum.

Bought Magnum rack 2021 for Ford F150, harnesses didnt fit new style plug in. The Place i bought it from said to contact Magnum, whom promised theyd have new ones in a few weeks, weeks turned into months, now over a year later, said i need to go back to Dealer, which i would have done if they wouldnt have kept promising something they never delivered on and now say it may never happen now, how can companies legally get away with this treatment, its unfair, illegal in my opinion and just doesnt make sense how they can take peoples money without regard like this.
