        Family-friendly campground with clean bathrooms & nice sites. We stayed a weekend, but would have happily stayed a week! Photos are from the short, but lovely loop trail that starts beside the campground's nature center.

        Great overall campground! Very quiet at quiet hours. Firewood and ice for sale at the entrance booth. Boat rentals for cheap. Camp sites were a bit close but well maintained. They have weekly activities for kids. A nature center, and a weather forecasting lesson. Movies shown at the amphitheater every Saturday Night it seems. Beech trees and mushrooms galore. Grate for cooking on fire pit. Picnic tables at every site. Water tap and bathrooms not far from any site. Showers were a bit of a walk but you can also drive to them. Same with the beach. Great swimming! Bathrooms were the cleanest Ive ever been in.
