        During our 3 week stay we enjoyed the view of the marsh from our 1st floor unit in the back. Not all units have a view. The unit was small but comfortable however the walls are "very thin" so you have zero privacy from both sides and above. The hot tub was to be repaired but never was for our entire stay. We enjoyed the pool however the heating system was to be repaired but never was. A water drainage issue created a damp mildew smell in the entry hall. If noise from the neighbors didn't wake us the cars parked outside the bedroom window would.
