    My husband and I stayed at the end of October for a long weekend. While they did tell us the property was under renovation, we were assured the section we stayed in was completed. Not true! Our room was lacking proper lighting, no phone, cracked toilet, non existent internet service, additional furniture pieces in the room that should not have been there. In order to access our room, we had to literally crawl over boxes of furniture to do so. The room should never have been rented out in this condition. The property in general was in general disarray. Since they had already taken our money, we stayed to tough it out..our last night there, our neighbors in the next room had an altercation lasting from midnite to 6:30 am. With no phone in the room,we were hesitant to call management on our cell phones and get involved. The next morning, when we reported this to management upon checking out, they told us we were the only ones who complained. Suffice to say, we have been staying at USA Inn for the past ten years or so but no longer. Management has changed and we do not recommend this property to anyone. They have lost a loyal customer.     Stayed here one night to attend a wedding. The rooms are clean and have new floors instead of carpet. We asked twice to have someone look at our television as there was no cable. The woman at the front desk did come up and told us that someone would be back in a bit to fix the issue but the issue was not resolved. They are renovating the whole place so it should be great once completed. Great location.

    Booked a room for a night and as usual, was put in a non handicapped room. When telling the clerk that I can't walk up three sets of stairs, I was told that if I entered from the back that I would have to go up only two flight of stairs but would not move me to the ground level and would not refund me so, I had to manage without my wheelchair. The room was not impressive either. They leave a couple of packs of coffee in the room and then you have to buy anymore of them. There were rooms on the ground level that were still available. Also, the heat in the room didn't work and it was cold. I wouldn't recommend this place.

    The room was not was it looked like in the photos. I was very disappointed at the bed . The springs were coming through the mattress. It's hard to also sleep due to the blinds being broken and ,of course, a light on the outside of the building that shined in all night . It looks like it was mid day at 1 am. First time and last time staying there . Not worth 200 a night ..
