We had a rather unusual project and are so pleased that we found them. We needed to demolish an almost two hundred year old carriage house which was connected to both a garage and a barn. Friendly, timely, knowledgeable, prompt these guys are true pros! We were so impressed with the thorough cleanup. There is no doubt that this young, growing business will be successful for years to come!

I have referred The Demo King to a couple of in ground pool tear downs in the Portland area and the customers are always satisfied. If only there were a company this reliable in Skowhegan.

Working with Chaz and his crew was an excellent experience. I needed a full demo of a burned down home on difficult terrain. He was able to get the job done well and quickly, moving around his schedule to accommodate my needs. It sucks to have your house burn down and it meant a lot to me that he was sensitive to that. The constant reminder of seeing the home and the losses was very painful. It was a huge weight off my shoulders to have Chaz and the crew work so hard to help my situation. He was very professional and the work was high quality. His rates are straightforward and very reasonable. The crew left the site in excellent condition for rebuilding.
