Jay and Stonecoast Mortgage has been great to work with. My wife and I have been going through the process to purchase our first home and we are cleared to close in roughly 24 hours. Jay has been a pleasure to work with - he was always readily available to answer any questions and his knowledge of the market and continuously fluctuating rates was on display. My girlfriend and I recently purchased our first home and did all of our mortgage work through Corey Zimmerman at Stone Coast Mortgage. We were very green to the process and had some difficulties along the way, but Corey was excellent and got us the right financing on our loan. He was very responsive and was able to answer all of our questions right away. Corey and the group at Stone Coast Mortgage did a great job and provided their services in a very professional way.
