Working with Josh over several months was a great experience. I came to Dirigo PT for a long-term lower back injury, and by the end of my treatment I felt like a new person. Im not kidding. The exercises he had me do were the best thing Ive found in the 13 years that Ive dealt with this injury. He is a thoughtful and easy to talk to physical therapist. The space is quite nice too, lots of natural light, clean and inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend them!
