We recently lost heat and hot water in February when our boiler died and needed to be replaced. John was able to adjust his schedule and install a new boiler the next day. We are extremely grateful to him and his team for the quality work and for helping us out on such short notice. We would highly recommend him to anyone with boiler/ furnace issues or installations.

We had a heating pipe freeze & crack which resulted in a flooded room & garage (on a Sunday). We called 8 local plumbers looking for help. No one called back. Until John. Not only did he call back (even though he could not come out today), but he offered to FaceTime with me to walk me through some mitigation steps that we could implement to ensure that we could still use our heat/hot water in the rest of the house until he can come out. Very much appreciate the kindness, John.

I cant comment on the Value review as the boys just left my home. No bill as of now. This pipe repair is the end of my winter worries. Frigid temperatures are just around the corner. No longer do I need to worry about a frozen pipe. These two young men were polite, friendly and got the job done in a timely manor. Any question I had they had the answers. Last week, my basement flooded for the first time. John came within two hours, figured out the source of the problem, set up a sump pump to drain the water, and left it there for us to use until the basement was dry. He called me to check on the draining process over the next three days and advised me on the next steps. I also used him several months ago to install a new heating zone and replace baseboard heating with a wall-mounted unit in a new room. He did a clean careful job and it has all worked well ever since. In both cases, John charged the market rate and did excellent work.
