        We hired Cort & Small to do our FY'22 taxes. They never filed my wife's W2. When I brought the form the IRS sent to us to them, they said it was our fault and that we'd never given it to them. When I proved to them that we had, they admitted fault and offered to pay for the penalty and interest the IRS charged. They misspelled my name on the check they wrote to cover the penalties, while I was standing there in the room. Sloppy work. I would not trust them to handle my finances in any capacity. Avoid.

      A review was prepared based on information in our files. Even though we did not have a record of receiving the wage document we paid the fees charged by the IRS. Due to privacy standards, we cannot comment further.
