Josh is awesome and does a great job. Always nice, professional, and doesn't mind me watching and learning while he does his work. Cares about quality and doing right by the customer. Great at explaining what he's doing and why. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone.

Very knowledgeable and accommodating.
*I just wish the gentleman that came would consider not calling people honey or baby because it felt a bit condescending. I dont think he meant anything negative by it, but for me personally I dislike when any gender calls me pet names.

After reading several reviews, I reached out for assistance and received an immediate reply saying he can't help. If I had known this company only handles the easy issues I would never have reached out in the first place. For a company that prides itself in positive reviews, be sure to read the negative reviews as well.

I’m sorry I can’t take every call or project that comes through. Not sure why that is deserving of this review, I’m only one person trying to handle it all at this point. I’m also not sure how you know what issues I handle and to what degree they may be. You should be happy I actually responded to your request and told you I was not available to help, most places wouldn’t.
