2 regular caregivers were outstanding with great heart and empathy caring for my terminally ill husband. Office was difficult to work with and lacked empathy for care needs. Did not communicate what we could expect for services, or when to expect start of services. Did not always communicate or consult with us when changes in caregiver and hours were made. Would not recommend the company.

First Light caregivers provided exemplary, compassionate care to my closest friend in the last months of her life. They went above and beyond in difficult circumstances. I will be forever grateful and recommend their staff at every level. Thank you First Light.

Their fantastic care givers were dedicated to my dad through ice, snow, and countless hospital visits. Even the owners, Pete and Carol, were immediately accessible and came to the house in dire situations.

Mom loved the caregivers during the more than 12 months of service she received before she moved out of Maine. They were attentive, preparing daily meals and helping with light housekeeping as well as chores such as picking up prescriptions from the pharmacy. The owners and office help were very easy to work with. Highly recommend.
