        Jesse was wonderful, so so help. I pushed 1 accidentally SHE is a 5 and much more. She is so knowledgeable. For a girl at 19 to be so patient, and kind. To go the extra mile for me, a seventy yr old, was just so very amazing.. She took hours and I mean hours to resolve so many issues with my old phone transferring all my data. The other rep said she would have sent me home to resolve on my own. So grateful for Jess. I was very pleased. Kristyne Kloza.

        Had to go several times lately and its always a long line with just one worker in the store. Waited over 45 minutes just to ask a simple question. Salesperson didnt even acknowledge us or apologize for the long wait. Maybe its time to switch networks.
