Awful, very rude and do not know what they are doing, especially Jon D. I was hit by a girl, while my car was parked in my parking lot, the insurance co. used Bishop Adjustment to appraise my car, they came to my work, assessed the damage, and told me I would need a new bumper. Than I see the appraisal, and it says "refinish", why tell me in person that it needs to "definitely" be replaced, than go back and obviously talk to the insurance company and say "no, it only needs to be refinished"... I could go on and on with other stories, they profit from writing down what the insurance company tells them to write. Do not ever use their service, the worst customer service. Jon was very rude and offensive.
