Budget Blinds of Portland

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Budget Blinds of Portland. I have 2 story picture windows in my home that I needed blinds for and my initial consult to discuss my needs was quick and efficient however when I was placed with a sales rep it turned into a waste of my time. I had to continuously follow up with her to get responses to emails. She would disregard my design needs to "save money". All together she really missed the mark. I would say that I was not valued as a customer and they had no interest in helping me with a multi thousand dollar project. I ended up using Coastal Blinds and Shades and went with the design and motorization I had initially asked Budget Blinds for and I am more then pleased with this purchase. I will be hiring Coastal Blinds and Shades to style the rest of the windows in my home.

I am so pleased with my experience with Budget Blinds. From working with Stephanie who was experienced, knowledgeable and helpful to Peter and Matt, the installers. The installation was done today, they arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, cleaned up and basically did a magnificent job! We couldn’t be happier! Thank you Budget Blinds.

This is the second time I have used Budget Blinds of PORTLAND. The whole process was wonderful, Bonnie helped us decide what would work best for our home. Everything was measured perfectly and Peter did a fantastic job installing. The shades and shutters look like they were there all along. I highly recommend them and will call the next time I am looking for window treatments.
