This company is an awful company to hire for a deep cleaning service. The cleaners need to be taught what actual deep cleaning is. On 10-21-22 I called Maid pro company and scheduled my appointment with Dan a representative and scheduled a deep cleaning service for 11-10-22@ 9:00 am. They sent two cleaners Anne and Bethany who were supposed to be at at my home for 7.5 hours. They were only at my home until 1:45 pm with the job not being completed. I spoke with the owner Jacqueline who did not have time to address my issues until days later. When I spoke with the owner, she very unprofessional and did not uphold the original contract that I signed. The owner was short and abrupt and did not want to come to an agreement about my damaged property. As you can see in my pictures, I was right to address the issue. Does this look like I should have paid for a service that cost me more money in damages? Service: Deep clean

Professional from initial call thru cleaning and follow up. Was really impressed with the caliber of the employees who came to clean. I had not expected they would be so professional. The customer service was just outstanding. They even called afterward to tell me the estimate had been a little high so they charged me less, and they asked how the cleaners did which was a great touch. I only wanted one cleaning but after the great job they did I signed up for cleanings every other week. Havent regretted it once. Enthusiastically recommend. Service: Standard cleaning

We have been using MaidPro for about a year and a half now and have nothing but very positive experiences with them. They come every other week and do a great job. I contacted several other companies before choosing MaidPro but they were all much more expensive and didn't seem to be as in-depth. If you are looking for a cleaning service, MaidPro is the way to go!
