Went to the Annapolis Location to research hot tub options for our house. Walking around you notice the higher quality of the products displayed in the store - from hot tubs to outdoor furniture. William was the gentleman who ran me through an educational 20 minute intro to all things hot tub. Extremely helpful and added to the overall satisfaction of my purchase. After purchase - William guided us through the delivery process and set-up with timely follow-ups and clear communication. Customer Service A+. Extremely happy with our purchase - the fit and function are ideal.

Great service from William, the Asst. Store Director. He guided us through all the ways hot tubs are different, what impacts price, how to judge models against each other, and how to think about pricing from delivery to install. He also had us sit in some of the unfilled hot tubs, which was eye-opening in terms of seat comfort and depth. Can't recommend him highly enough.
