I closed on my new home today, and I want to thank Rachel Gontkovic for her support as she assisted me during the last year. As a first time buyer, I had so much to learn, and Rachel provided me with guidance and information that helped me during my search, offers, negotiations, and closing. Rachel exceeded any and all expectations we could have had of her professional work in guiding us through preparing for listing and getting to closing on the sale of our house at 1225 Van Buren Drive in Annapolis. She accurately predicted the right range for a listing price which was considerably higher than we could have predicted or aspired to oursleves and led to a final offer within four days. Her recommendations of pre-listing work (nothing major) made a huge difference in the look of the property. We chose her as our listing agent based on my experience with her a few years ago when I had to sell my deceased parents house.
