Kimberly is an amazing person and THE ONLY realtor you'll ever need to know in Maryland!!! We have worked with her to buy and sell our home. Kimberly goes ABOVE and BEYOND to understand your needs, goes to bat for you to buy or sell, and gets you the tip-top best deal! She is the most knowledgeable realtor I have ever known (and we have moved 13 times, buying and selling homes all across the country) and will protect you from the many pit falls in real estate. She is also one of the nicest and most sincere individuals ever! My only complaint is that there is only ONE Kimberly Barton! I wish she had a clone in Texas!!!! She is SIMPLY THE BEST!

Can you legally represent yourself in a court of law? Totally. Should you? Probably not, so you hire a lawyer. Looking at purchasing/selling property in the same fashion, real estate agents are essentially House Lawyers. When it comes to your best interest in the long term you definitely want to hire someone competent and let me tell you all real estate agents are not the same. That being said Kimberly Barton is the best House Lawyer around! Kimberly came highly recommended and after working with her it's easy to see why. My goal was to sell my house and move to Florida with all my pets. She was able to sell my home within my projected time frame and made the process a breeze! Before I knew it I was headed south in a U-hual with my dog and all my other critters. When I reached out to Ms. Barton with my (then) current situation and goal time line to sell, she warmly accepted me as her client and was very confident that we'd be able to close by the date I had in mind. I was so thankful for her understanding of the emotional impact on selling my home, and the feeling that she really cared about me (and all my pets lol) as her client. She's incredibly thoughtful! Going above and beyond to make you feel stress free and comfortable the entire process. She still keeps up with me after my big move, even asking about my pets, which I appreciate so much! Buying or selling your biggest assest can be nerve wrecking and it's essential to trust the agent representing you. Kimberly Barton is amazing! I'm not sure how she does it, maintaining all her clients and such, but she is definitely in the right field of work! And looking fabulous while she does it! I have no doubt in her abilities to tackle anything real estate related and I'm so proud to add my prior adress to the "Kimberly Sold It" list!

I cannot say enough good things about Kimberly! We were first time home buyers and she made everything go smoothly! She is one of the most patient, organized, knowledgeable, and kind people Ive ever met! Her experience as a realtor shows as she led us through showings, inspections, and the buying process.
