Melanie was the second realtor we contracted with to try and sell our parents' home, which despite efforts from a very well-known area realtor, failed to sell. Our house is in an extremely desirable community and is a wonderful home. Melanie's team approach is extremely hands-on and proactive. She saw great potential in our house, but also the wear and tear--which we were rather blind to. She gently but firmly led us through cleaning out and cleaning up--repairing small but significant items and staging with updated furnishings.
