        Leaving a special thanks to Darian Barrett (Concierge) for always making the place feel secure, and lending an extra hand. Thank you to all of the office staff for always being welcoming and for maintenance for their patience and continuous effort to resolve maintenance issues.

        I have been a resident since 2021 and new management took over this year January 2023 also when I renewed my lease. It is now August 2023 and I am being told I do not have a lease after confirming with management that I was all set back in January. They are now offering me the option to sign a new lease at a higher price, pay month to month for an extra $325 or to evacuate. I do NOT recommend this building.

        The Equitable, now Harriet Apartment's, is a great place to live. They are renovating a lot of things right now which is frustrating at times but everything seems like its coming together. Top staff in Baltimore as well. Theresa Johnson and crew are killing it.

        I think that the renovations that they are doing are great... the building is going to turn out really, really nice. This new property management team is killing it.
