The Zenith

I had an appointment scheduled for 10am. Nobody showed by 10:30 to give me a tour, so I left. If leasing agents are unable to be in by 10am, that time should be taken off the website for tour availability. Very unprofessional. Im disappointed because I was excited to tour.

The people were very friendly at the front desk. I went for a tour with Shantel who was very knowledgeable and helped me make a decision. Very pleasant experience definitely recommend

Good place to live if you work nearby, the front desk staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Close to the stadium, there's a couple of bars right below it. The terrace space is cool and makes for a great place to grill and have a few drinks. They have *hidden* charges that the management is not always the best communicating about unless you're particular aboutt reading each sentence of your lease. Overall, good location.

We have lived at the Zenith for over a year and the building is excellent. The building is in great condition and it is maintained well. The staff are friendly and helpful, the service is prompt, and the location is wonderful!

We lived at the Zenith for four years and only recently moved away to buy a house. We loved every minute of our time here! Every staff member weve dealt with has been professional and courteous, and on the rare occasion that we had a maintenance issue, Matt went above and beyond to quickly fix anything we needed! Of course we made great use of living across the street from Camden Yards, but its also an easy walk to the Hippodrome and to the inner harbor. And when the weather isnt great for walking around, theres nothing more relaxing than watching the rain through the full height windows!!
