I've yet to have any issues getting my prescriptions filled here. They've always been on time, friendly and very helpful.

went in for a llu shot and was told walk ins are only taken from 2-3 daily. there was no one waiting to be served but they refused to give us a flu shot. Told us to go on line and get an appointment. We went to Giant and got the shot immediately.

This Rite Aid is soooo slow. No matter what time of the day or day of the week Im always waiting in a long line or waiting for a prescription to be filled that I was told was already ready. The people that work there arent rude or nasty but they have to figure out a better system. I feel bad for the sick and elderly people that have to stand and wait forever to get their medications. I will be using a different pharmacy going forward.

Horrible experience please use a different pharmacy. Waited in line for 5 minutes while the only person there was on a phone call then she proceeded to serve the two people at the other window first even though I arrived before them. Then my prescription wasn't ready despite using the online system to renew it and being told it would be ready /2 hour before I arrived. Then proceeded to take the next person in line as I was instructed to have a seat. Rite-aid needs to do a better job staffing. Update 11/30. Called to confirm my rx was ready rather than waiting at the store for 20 min (I used the automated system to refill yesterday) and Brad immediately placed me on hold without waiting for a reply and when he picked up my call he said he couldn't hear me and to call back and hung up.
