Great place to work and would recommend this company both as an employer and as a service provider. Our one negative review here, from Jeremy Jones, is leaving out some important details. I will not make any specific accusations for reasons of potential liability, but I will note as a general rule that businesses reserve the right to withhold service when payment is in arrears and are not responsible for recurring damage directly caused by the owner and 3rd party maintenance staff. We are happy to address said issues but do require payment for our services.

Fountain Craft has maintained the fountain in my community pond for the past few years. When the fountain needed maintenance, Fountain Craft took a shockingly long time to actually complete the repair. Last time, it took them three months! More recently, we have dealt with repeated delays, excuses, lies, and mistakes as they attempt to fix the fountain a second time. Any professional should know to check all potential problems and not assume that the one thing they found wrong must be the only problem. Instead, they would fix one little thing, still doesn't work, fix another thing, still doesn't work, and repeat, with weeks in between visits. Today, as I write this, the fountain is still broken, months after it stopped working, despite numerous calls and complaints. If you're looking for timely and professional service, stay far away from this company.
