6/19/23 Still no locks on the entrance doors to the buildings but the rental office looks like it belongs to a whole other complex. This is a quiet please to live, I do appreciate that they changed the floors , painted the doors in the buildings hallways but are y'all going to paint the outside of the entrance doors and they need locks on the doors with so much going on in the world I think the tenants need the buildings to be secure. It's been a year and they still haven't painted the doors or put locks on the entrance door. Almost 2 yrs. No locks on the doors and most of the doors don't even stay closed.

Why is it that nobody picks up when you call the leasing office for information? Its day 2 and still no response

Only had the 1 model to show. And being a model apartment is was poorly setup and kind of pieced together.

Idk what ppl expect with moving in this area but i been here for almost a year and it isnt bad for where its located and management is helpful and attentive to most issues that have to be addressed with the limited yet very quick maintenance crew. My only complaint are the roaches which are most likely coming from a disgusting unit but they call exterminators and enforce rules to tenants to keep their homes clean, they do inspection to insure that that tenant arent living dirty as hell but i think they should come down on rent a little since the roaches live with us for FREE. Very Quiet neighborhood, very well organized and responsive to request and emails. The management team is also very kind despite all the backlash and complaints they receive. Compared to my last place in the white marsh area; this establishment is up to par with county standards as far as how they handle things. Rent still pretty cheap but the roach infestation needs to be handled, other than that all other issues have been resolved in very fast manner.
