Loved the location very close to much of downtown Baltimore. The rooms very very clean and the front desk was super helpful. Inma, the manager was very friendly and accommodated me so well. Helpful staff and excellent breakfast included every morning. Affordable and come with a gym! Would definitely come back

Was once one of my favorite spots in Baltimore; the rooms are cozy with everything you need in a hotel. Shower water pressure is excellent, the beds are comfortable, the air conditioning flows nicely, but the service has deteriorated over time. Not everyone was bad - in fact some of the staff in the morning and afternoon were quite pleasant. I had an awful check in experience that could have been avoided with some effort and doing the simple task that I requested, instead of intentionally trying to embarrass me. I will give it another shot, because I genuinely enjoy the spot and neighborhood, but some people need to do better and treat customers a bit better when they've been traveling for hours and are tired. Nearby activities: Oriole Park is only a 30 min walk or less than 10 minute uber. Close enough to the aquarium, arena, train station and more. Walkability: Walking distance to a lot of good spots. Food & drinks: A lot of great bars and restaurants nearby.
