        Absolutely great value for downtown Baltimore. The only thing lacking was a motivated doorman. Self parking was convenient, yet not much security. $50 valet is unreasonable. Rooms: Spacious and comfortable

        I was charged for a broken TV $750 over a week after I checked out. They provided me with no proof and I stayed there on March 29th, only to be charged an additional $750 on April 8th. I did not break the TV, was there on business and was in and out.

        The location was perfect for what we needed. Within walking distance. However....in my opinion the lobby and the first floor entrance are the best part, then you get to the room. And it is mediocre at best. Very outdated. Nothing special. Poorly designed bathroom. Broken and missing parts on dresser. Cheap. The pictures online make it look beautiful. But the room, 1 star.
