Aida & Tikki are the best!!! They were both very supportive and patient with my fianc and I while finding our wedding bands. Super sweet, very kind, and extremely helpful employees. They made my Kay experience fun and easy. Thank you both so much!!!

Horrible experience from start to finish yes they are wonderful with helping you pick out items from the inventory but everything else false VERY short.

I only gave 1 star, because negative stars isn't an option. I called Kays White Marsh and a female picks up and says "hey, hello". I asked if I reached Kay Jewlers and the female says "yup, you did ". I proceed to ask if my piece of jewelry was ready for pick up, and that I dod not receive an email, plus, it's passed my promise date. The female asks for the name on the account, I give it to her and she says "well we did send an email". I responded with "oh, wow, okay". Then she proceeds to say, "what did you drop off and what does the piece of jewelry look like". I gasped and said that I had the receipt in my hands, and that I could provide any of the numbers on there, including on the description with what needed to be fixed and what the sales associate had put down on the receipt, including the reasoning!!! The female says "what does your jewelry look like, describe it to me". "Describe to me what your ring looks like "!!!!! Are you kidding me!!!!!!! I asked for her name, and very sassy and snarky she says "I'm Melinda and I'm the store manager, along with a laugh. I asked her if she was serious and why did I need to describe the jewelry! I have the receipt, I can provide any of the information on there, but you want me to describe my ring to you? And the attitude she gave me!!! Never again!!! I have shared this with many people and now here, on Google!!!! I'll never go back to that store! Luckily, today when I picked up my ring, Gillis was there to assist me!! He was a very nice man, and I shared with him how Melinda treated me. Absolutely horrible experience, and I will not be back!
