We contacted CRG to assist with our roof as we were having water leaks inside of our home. They were super quick to respond and were able to replace our roof within a few days. Carlo & Deter were available to us the entire day of the roof replacement and were very communicative throughout the day. They were sure to clean up really well before they left. I would definitely use CRG again for any of my home needs!

Having to replace your roof can be stressful, but this was the most amazing experience! Carlo and the entire team was absolutely professional, courteous, and worked with me through the entire process. This wasn't a "sign the contract and I'm out of here" - exactly the opposite. Carlo went above and beyond to explain what was going to happen, answered the many questions I had, and was there at each step. Everything was easy and, more importantly, transparent (really key for me). We started with a fixed price quote which was absolutely reasonable and covered the normal contingencies we expected we would face. They also helped with the financing and I got rates with terms that made it not only possible, but easily doable in my budget. When the roof was done, it was found there were more layers than quoted (total of 5 layers!!!). Note that there was no way Chesapeake Remodeling could have known prior and this scenario never should have happened (ah, Baltimore city and your lax building codes...). That said, the team took the extra time to immediately to get the job done. Carlo also worked with me to provide a cost to cover the extra work that made sense (e.g., no price gouging, which I may expect from other contractors, especially being backed into a corner). Again, everything was transparent and I believe more than fair to me as a home owner. My financing was updated to include the extra cost, which they helped me arrange. If you're on the fence about replacing your roof, or who to go with, look no further - you found the right people to do it!
