Shoe City

I went to Shoe City Eastpoint Mall this evening, first let me say customer service was very poor, not one employee was ask how may we or I help you. When I found what I was looking for the young lady at the counter was on a personal call the entire time and finally ask can I help you, I said yes would like a show size in 11, had a young man go get them, again entire time was on the phone never ask was there something else you like to purchase no one time. Needless to say I really wanted to return my product that I purchased but because I like the tennis shoe I kept the tennis shoe but definitely will make a complaint to the district manager about the customer service that I received very very poor customer service. Not once did she say thanks for shopping or anything else. Now I can see if it was busy or if it was a crowd in the store and you didn't take time to acknowledge your customers but when I entered the store it was only two customers in the area two customers. I really wish I can get them zero stars but unfortunately that's not on here
