Great company to work with. Pricing had no hidden fees and the contract was concise and clear. Danielle was a dream to work with on pricing, contract and scheduling. She was willing to answer questions and flexible with rescheduling on short notice. Danielle was a courteous and efficient professional. The equipment was state of the art. Don, who was faced with a mountain of boxes and bags of material to be shredded, was pleasant, knowledgeable and did not complain (although he had a right to). He worked nonstop and efficiently. Couldn't have been nicer. Positive experience from beginning to end with people who provide great customer service. Recommend without reservation.

Last week we, Community Acupuncture of Towson, had BWS pick up, for the first time, our acupuncture needles for disposal. They whole process from getting a quote, setting up the account, scheduling the pick-up and having the BWS personnel on site went so smoothly! Very professional experience and I look forward to working with them in the future!
