This is a stellar 5-star restoration company. They were able to hook me up and mitigate any damage from my flooded basement same day on the weekend. Their technicians were extremely helpful and kind. 100% recommend.

Unfortunately, I have needed their services on three separate occasions. The first two times appeared to me to be seamless and everything happened transparently...the end result was great! This time, the process is a little clunkier and I don't know if that is because there have been changes within the company or if it is because of my insurance company. But I have had to get involved a bit more and interact with the separate persons in different teams (mitigation, storage, restoration as well as my insurance company). I still expect the result to be great. I must add that they are very responsive and do all they can to ensure that you get what you had before the event. They are careful with your home. and they are very communicative, and try their best to keep you abreast of progress and issues as they work to get your home back in order. I hope I don't, but should I have to again in future, I will choose to work with Jenkins Restoration. This, from my previous review still stands: This is the second job that I have had the pleasure of working with Jenkins Restoration. The level of communication and professionalism is well-above par. They were very considerate of my time and schedule restrictions. They respected my property and were considerate by only making necessary noise (no music or excessive loud talking while working).
