We're currently using them as a provider for ice machine services. By far the worst in terms of getting in contact with, follow up and getting service done.
This last interaction with Eaton has been crazy as I've attempted to call at least 10 times through the past month and a half.
Don't even attempt to call as they have not picked up the phone but they have them forwarded to a call center who only action from there is to put a note. I've given my cell phone as a contact number, but no return calls.
Worst part was, I got connected to those in the actual building one time, and the gentleman on the phone said he had the quote in his hand and was working on it and would call me later that day. This was atleast two weeks ago.

Bad phone service the responder hang up twice saying they cannot wait it wasn't even for second who ever on the phone doesn't like his job he act really personal. Didn't even witch day or time he just hang up

Do Not Use this company for any repair work they do not know what they're doing and will claim non payment of services, while performing warranty work. Robert Lyskawa, an employee at Eaton, arrived to diagnose the problem with the ice machine, but instead of doing his due diligence and checking the machine, claimed that the Pepsi soda fountain machine that was sitting underneath the ice machine was causing the malfunction. The Pepsi soda fountain machine is independent of the ice machine and has nothing to do with the operation of the ice machine, but he insisted that the Pepsi machine was the reason for the malfunction.
To prove the Pepsi machine had nothing to do with the ice machine, we called for a Pepsi technician to come in and inspect the machine. After his inspection, he informed another Eaton technician (once we complained the machine was still not working) that the two machines were independent of each other.
The second Eaton technician finally changed out the control board of the ice machine and fixed it, so it is currently operational.
Our problem with Eaton is the false claim by Robert Lyskawa that he was not paid for his services. Eaton was paid via warranty by the Ice Machine company. I spoke directly with the Regional Territory Service Manager of Koolaire and he said they were paid.
This is a warning for anyone considering this company for any repair work to beware of their incompetence and lies.

Real down to earth service company. They are extremely helpful, fair with their prices, and quick with their repairs. Had an issue with an ice maker leak, took it to their store and they fixed it the next day. Please give them a call if you ever need help.
