Enter the apartment on December 28, 2023, the first day I enter, you have many things that are not good! Every day I go to the office, no one does not come to help us! In the kitchen, Lavalosa, not good, has a lot of water in the kitchen, so far no one. He's not coming to help us! Imagine how can I talk to a family or friend to come here in the same apartment??

The owner who responded to my review is lying because I was the one who called and asked about my application after 3weeks and I had to call more than 30 times before I can talk to someone in the office well my $80 isnt going to do you any good

I was positive after seeing all those reviews I took a chance to apply I never get an answer but I only got the email confirmation for the application fees and nothing else and that was a month you wont know until it happened to you I learned my lesson this is really bad customer service

This location is absolutely atrocious. The two girls who work in the leasing office (dont merit the respect of being labeled women due to their immature mentality) They LACK professionalism, class, and any mental acuity. Completely childish people and wouldnt be surprised if they didnt even have a diploma. They try to manipulate human beings with fear and thats NOT OKAY.
Do NOT move or even contemplate checking out this location unless you are comfortable with putting aside your physical & mental HEALTH and are okay with being belittled and harassed continuously day in and out. Any concerns or complaints ? Youll never receive assistance. Going to address your concerns at the leasing office ? DONT THEY WILL ASSAULT YOU.
I have resided here for 4 months and they have been completely preposterous and sickening.
There is a leaking pipe in both my general and master bathroom that SPEWS urine, feces, & shower water from the neighbors above.
This is an issue that has been occurring for 3 months and has been brought to the attention of the little girls in the leasing office several times. They have ignored this issue and as a result of there incompetence after months of contaminated water leaking through the roof there is now
black mold, asbestos exposure, and a collapsing ceiling.
Instead of fixing this issue they continue to threaten with an unlawful eviction (they wont file an eviction claim in court) and harass us with bills. Im sure they know once the judge checks the facts of the case they will be facing legal charges themselves individually.
There is a rent escrow case in Prince Georges district court house as of now, im in contact with Department of Permitting Inspections and Enforcement as well as the attorney general, and am moving forward with suing this complex as i am done with there psychological torment, physical liabilities and discriminatory behavior.
YOU ARE BETTER OFF RESIDING IN A HOMELESS SHELTER DO NOT MOVE HERE!

I will give the first person who can give me the information to the OWNER of this complex $100.

This place is horrible, there's rats, there's mice. There's everything do not go to the department for a living.
