Please pay attention when taking your vehicles to this place. I am a customer who has taken my cars before and never had any problems. but recently I took my car for a. Engine oil change. and transmission and then the car started having engine and transmission problems. I understand that other vehicles had problems after being taken there. Just put attention is a warning!

They're great until they're not! Do not get your car serviced here! I repeat do NOT get your car serviced here. This company is a sham. It's appealing at first because they do a lot of the work for lower prices than the average dealership or service center. However, if you continue to go here you'll notice that they continually have to fix the things they do.
I first came here in Oct 2022 and spent over $900 on repairs. My car ran well for a while but when I had my next service appointment in March 2023, my dealership noticed a number of issues that I had just had serviced by Perfect Auto. I came back to Perfect Auto and they fixed a lot of it for free because it was "under warranty". However, a few months later at my next service appointment I went straight to Perfect Auto thinking my dealer was trying to scam me earlier in the year and Perfect Auto found issues with the same things they had fixed in March 2023.
In Oct 2023, I came here and spent $1300 on services and repairs. Now in March 2024, I went to a new service center and they have SHOWN me that the work done before was poor. I think Perfect Auto uses cheap parts to cut costs and they don't have people who are skilled working on your car. They ultimately do a shab job and then have you come again and again under warranty to get the same things repaired. Save yourself the headache, money, and time and go somewhere else. They don't know what they're doing!

If I could give this auto repair shop a zero I would. I came to this shop to get my state inspected they fail my car for 4 part let alone my father is ASE and repair everything on the car..they quote 79$ over the phone for start but after everything was done it was 119$.the next follow day my father told me to wash the car and bring it back to them which I did no repair was done on the car priormy father told me to let them do the alignment which they did and they claim all the repair was fix no issue was detected..so this is just say to do not bring your vehicle to this shop they just try to screw you over especially since you need a state inspection and also my wife called and ask how much for the alignment the person said that $85 if we are reinspection after reinspection and alignment was finished price went up to $99..if you are looking for a auto repair shop trust me when I say this not the one
