        They took a photo that did not meet State Department specifications. After waiting six weeks for my passport card I received a rejection notice saying the photo was NOT taken correctly. I needed to get a new photo and re-start the passport application process from scratch. If you are going to offer passport photos at least train your staff to do them right.
