The management needs to pay attention to the workers manner especially to whom working in the backyard.
Every time I go there picking up the pipe the guy doesnt seem happy to work and always I have to wait more than 15-20min and saw he played his cell phone in the equipment. I been working with ferguson last 20years and this location is the worst spot that wasted my time in many times.

I have been to most of the Ferguson's but none as busy as this one and yet... the staff were PATIENT/FRIENDLY (they know their customers -kyc on 10!) and especially knowledgeable... I went initally to the wrong location (Fire Suppression) friendly staff said know worries just go up- out - to the right - and their was huge warehouse...for every "wrong" place I went or stood in line - they didn't make me "feel bad" - it was like ok.."rookie" lol..in the end I showed service cashier (I wish I had his name kinda of a large guy who may go to different locations because the customers were super excited to see him back) so I showed him my reference number - and then I asked a question and showed him a picture and the wealth of knowledge came out and HE GOT ME STRAIGHT...I had totally ordered wrong stuff from manufacturer and he went to the same site and found EXACTLY what I needed, recommend a part just in case and said if it doesnt work just bring back! NP... I wish this was my local Ferguson's but I live in DC so unfortunately not close...but if you want knowledge and good service Iam sure they want to keep this place a secret...lol but try and stop in!

This place has bad and terrible customer service. They are supposed to be there to help the customer. You have to be asking them and they act like they don't listen to you. They pay more attention to their cell phone than to work. They should be more professional!!

Have had a really good delivery experience here today. Met some really nice people at the check in. #Realdealdelivery. Checked in at door 13. Had a 0800 am appointment and got a door right away. A really wise man named Tim greeted me with a warm smile and greet this morming. Very nice individual. Got backed in a getting unloaded.
