I contacted Christian in November 2022 about buying my first home and in January 2023 I was able to close on a house and move in! At our first consultation Christian removed any fear or confusion I had as a first-time homebuyer, she explained everything and walked me through what the process would look like. Anything she could not answer or didnt have experience in she would call in an expert to go over my questions/concerns. I was always confident she wouldnt just tell me what I wanted to hear, she was always honest, straightforward and informative.
Thanks to Christian and her team we won our second offer on a house, that I now get to call home! Christian was constantly communicating with me throughout the process. I was able to call, text or email her and I would receive timely replies. I am amazed at the time and effort she spent helping me find the perfect first home, no matter how many houses we looked at, she reassured me it was ok to say no and keep looking until I found exactly what would suit me instead of making me feel pressured to put in an offer in a competitive market. She worked diligently so the house would close not just on-time but early.
Even after closing she was recommending contractors and providing advice for work I knew I wanted to have done to the house. I recommend her to all first-time and experienced home buyers; I know I will be using her for any future home purchases.

As a first time home buyer/owner, I was expecting a very hard and stressful experience, but, thanks to Christian she made the process smooth and easy. I had an idea of what I wanted for my first home and she surpassed my expectations. She was so patient and understanding through everything. I dont think I could have asked for a better realtor. Chris was amazing from beginning to end! We has a million questions and she provided us with a quick response, and if she didnt have one, shed fine it immediately. She was very flexible with us and our hours which made house hunting much easier. I would recommend her to anyone! She knows a great deal about real estate and put everything in simpler terms that made it easier to understand. As first time home buyers, she made us feel very comfortable in our decision.

Excellent overall experience as we partnered with Chris to find our first place. She understood what we were looking for, suggested great spots for us to consider as well as amused us by looking at places we found. Extremely patient and efficient.
