Really want to commend Nick for his expertise putting together our contract, and especially for his patience while we worked through some personal challenges during the inital process. Also want to thank John for helping make our experience as easy as possible, and Barbie for her exceptional customer service going beyond anything I could imagine. All three were great people to work with while deciding on the payment options, and details best suited to give us an end product that will make us happy for a very long time with our investment. Aquaguard Waterproofing is an established, trustworthy business, and their personal and professional model of doing business is stellar, and I am one happy customer who really appreciates their willingness to go beyond my expectations. We have had work done by this company's NJ office in 2018 and have had nothing but trouble including cracking concrete and on going water issues with our basement walls. The NJ office has since shut down so we contacted the Maryland office who's number is listed on our warranty paperwork. We have gotten no calls back in order for them to honor their warranty. We have gotten one email that says they are not related companys, however our written contract states otherwise. I would recommend against using a company that does not honor it's warranties or communicate effectively.

Very pleased with AquaGuard team who repaired crack on cement basement wall. Even more impressed when a small amount of water reappeared after 4 years. AquaGuard responded promptly and efficiently to assess the issue and immediately perform a repair under the warranty. Walter provided excellent service in coordinating the service call - I learned Walter has many years experience in the field so a big bonus to have him as customer service contact. Eddy and team performed the work to assess the issue, determine the cause and perform a comprehensive repair. I was kept informed at each step of the work and my questions answered fully on what was done. While discouraging that original repair had a problem, very pleased that AquaGuard team responded promptly and efficiently to resolve the issue under the warranty. I was impressed with the team members and can highly recommend AquaGuard.
