        Was told I could not try the cooling pad on the bed I was considering. This resulted in a longer time needed to experiment the options I wanted. My kids were later told to get off of the family cooling pad so that customer could try it with the bed they wanted. I left the store

        Bought one of these here 6 years ago. After less than 5 years, motor broke. It took 10 months and so many calls to customer service just to get the replacement motor. Remote never connected with new motor. A company is only as good as their customer service when things go wrong and this one is horrible. No one repairs these. They dont honor their warranty. You will be told you can fix it yourself. Went with a different air system, less than half the price. Our Sleep number went to the dump as an expensive lesson. Dont buy.

        Andrew is an awesome associate who clearly and professionally took us thru the various Sleep# bed/mattress combos. Quite a sleeping system, though not inexpensive, but with a 25 year warranty and white glove delivery. After 5 years WORST PRODUCTS & EVEN WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. SALES STAFF MISREPRESENTED PRODUCTS AND WARRANTY. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR ADVERTISED 10 YEAR WARRANTY & CHARGE FOR REPAIR VISITS. ABSOLUTELY JUNK.

        I brought my mother in to purchase a bed however she could not continue because the loud music the mall played interfered with her comfort. It's a shame the mall management is attempting to bankrupt the mall.

      Your thoughts will be forwarded along for further visibility, Julie. Sorry this wasn't the experience you hoped for. Our warranty covers replacements due to manufacturing defects, but we suggest troubleshooting over the phone or online because it results in a faster solution than waiting for a technician to come out and look at the bed. Our beds are designed for most of our customers to easily be able to troubleshoot if needed. We understand that this might not be an option for some customers, which is why we offer technician visits, in some cases for a fee.sleepnumber.com/pages/legal-warranty
