Horrible place to live. Staff is rude and makes frequent financial mistakes. Constant maintenance issues and apartment flooding. You do NOT want to live here trust me.

This is the worst residency experience i have ever had. DO NOT MOVE HERE. i dont even know where to begin lets start with the parking lot. there have been a multitude of cars that have been VANDALIZED. there is absolutely NO security in this neighborhood. this is not a gated nor secure area, the crimes that have occurred here are HORRENDOUS. secondly lets touch on the leasing office. the staff in that office is highly UNPROFESSIONAL and should consider other jobs. i understand this may be the best they could do with their lives, but UPS is always hiring. they have no customer service skills at all. as someone who works in management i would be horrified if my business was represented by such INCOMPETENT staff. the one seated on the right upon entering i believe its name is lillian or something should be exiled. i have never met such a useless thing, like that was NOT a human being. no way. i almost thought i was being PRANKED after the encounter i had in this office. clearly this job must be the only thing it has control over in its life, how sad. hiring these types of people will severely run your business into the deepest depths of HELL. thirdly, these apartments are in TERRIBLE condition. you are going to pay a ridiculous price to have your unit flood, hear all your neighbors, insect INFESTATIONS, and possibly your car towed! the appliances are all DATED and are not as efficient, especially for how HIGH the rent is. bowie has MUCH better options in terms of renting. governors green apartments is NOT a viable place to live and im just waiting on my lease to be up so i can run as far as POSSIBLE.
